Happy 100th Birthday to the Automobile Age

On October 1, 2008 the Ford Model T first hit the market. It cost $825 and you could get it in any color, as long as it was black...

100 years later we're on the cusp of electric hybrid cars, but no flying cars (like we were distinctly promised in the 1960's and 70's). I want my flying car.

Anyway, it's hard to think of many inventions that have shaped the modern world as much as the automobile for the masses.
