Would Any of You Want to Go to Europe with Me Next Summer?

When I started Walk Thru History I always intended to eventually lead guided tours. I suppose that's why I called it Walk Thru History. I'd take a group and we'd travel through a country or region, walking the sites and discovering the stories.
I'd been planning on taking the first group in the Summer of 2010, but recently I've had maybe five or six people tell me they'd consider going if I organized a trip for next summer. So I'm wondering whether I could actually put together a big enough group to make it work.
Where? What? When? How much would it cost? I don't know yet. I have ideas but it's kind of a chicken/egg dilemma: I don't want to invest too much time into calling around for rooms and motor coaches and all of that if there isn't a sort of critical mass of interest right now.
Eventually I want to take some groups to the the Continent, but for sake of argument let's say that if I did a 2009 group, that it would be in the British Isles, early to mid-August, and probably something like 7-9 days. I was thinking of maybe a core trip of maybe seven days, but with an add-on option of 2-3 more days going to a more remote location (Iona? Skellig Michael?) for those that have more time. Probably in and out of London.
Cost? See, that all depends on the groups, locations and dates and what I can negotiate with the logistics company. But a sort of rough guess would be somewhere between $250 - $300 per person per day, depending on a bunch of variables. Not including airfare, because I have no idea where you're coming from. I would be your guide, provide some original materials, would walk you through the sites and infotain you over meals with stories, connecting the dots and pulling it all together for you.
So I'm wondering if enough of you would be interested for me to even put the effort into researching the itinerary and logistics. I would probably need 15 people to make the costs work out (arranging for a motor coach and rooms, etc.).
If think that you might consider going next summer why don't you email me (walkthruhistory at gmail dot com -- put that in email format) and we'll get some dialogue going. If I get enough response I'll work on a proposed itinerary.
